Session Description: Targeting New to Credit Consumers for growth

As part of a Global Study conducted by TransUnion, we identified that new-to-credit (NTC) segment offers real growth potential, but common myths about these consumers must first be debunked. This session will help lenders and risk managers to lend more confidently, and better understand this potentially neglected and credit-invisible consumer segment.

In this session, we will highlight the importance of NTC consumers from a growth perspective and discuss their behavioral and demographic and performance features. By understanding their credit journey and performance, lenders will be better able to identify segments for acquisition and portfolio growth opportunities.
