Residential Solutions:

FCT’s Residential Solutions focuses on delivering title insurance to residential lawyers and notaries from coast-to-coast. Residential title insurance is a simple way for lawyers and notaries to mitigates risk maximize efficiency and protect their clients – for both the homeowner and lender - against losses associated with title fraud, as well as survey and title issues/defects. Unlike traditional insurance policies, title insurance does not just cover things that may happen in the future (e.g. title fraud), but also things that have already occurred in the past (e.g. pre-existing, unknown work orders and zoning violations), prior to purchase. Making FCT title insurance part of every real estate transaction not only adds value to the closing process but also provides valuable coverage to the insured homeowners and lenders for as long as they have interest in the property. If the insured’s interest in the property is ever challenged due to a covered risk, FCT will defend the insured and will pay associated costs, legal fees, or expenses that result.

Residential Lending Solutions:

The refinance program allows lenders to complete refinancing or mortgage transfers through a simple and secure product that enables a superior customer experience and maximizes sales opportunities. Lenders simply submit a request — we take care of all required searches, documentation, funding and reporting, freeing them to spend more time interacting with their clients. The program includes a title insurance loan policy that protects the lenders investment from title-related risks.

Platinum Service is FCT’s highest level of service available exclusively through a select group of mono-line lenders. By working with a participating lender, brokers gain greater control over their refinance deals and enjoy convenient in-home signing (where applicable), fixed competitive pricing and more. Platinum offers the fast, seamless service that helps brokers differentiate their service offering and adds value for the borrower.

Managed Mortgage Solution (MMS) is a program built for purchases that allows lenders and lawyers/notaries the ability to manage transactions faster and more cost effectively. The MMS solution offers a single point of contact for instructing, communicating and funding during a mortgage transaction.

Lender Lawyer Connect® (LLC®) is a powerful suite of online services that simplifies and digitizes the instructing, processing, reporting and document-handling of mortgages between lenders and lawyers/notaries. Valuation Solutions is an innovative insurance product created exclusively for our lending customers.
